City Harvest is dedicated to helping feed the more than 1.5 million New Yorkers struggling to put meals on their tables regularly. This year, we will collect millions of pounds of food that would otherwise go to waste from farms, restaurants, grocers, and manufacturers. Our fleet of 23 trucks will deliver this food, free of charge, to more than 400 soup kitchens, food pantries and other community food programs across the city.
