With the COVID-19 crisis forcing schools and many businesses to close, NYC’s children and their families need help putting food on their table―right now.
City Harvest is committed to meeting the increased need as the devastating economic impact of COVID-19 becomes a reality. During this time of uncertainty, you can help keep City Harvest's trucks full of food and on the road seven days a week, for the sake of our city's youngest New Yorkers and their families.
Eighty percent of New York City residents have said that it’s difficult to get food since Coronavirus (COVID-19) hit New York. Support City Harvest's Skip Lunch Fight Hunger campaign today.
By donating the cost of a $15 lunch, you can help feed 55 kids. If you donate a week’s worth of lunches, you’d help feed 275 kids.
During this challenging time, the safety of our members and the communities we serve is top priority. Now it’s more important than ever to utilize every resource available to help address New Yorker’s needs, including the availability of food.
To support this effort, Healthfirst is matching employee donations, dollar for dollar, up to $12,500.
