With the COVID-19 crisis forcing schools and many businesses to close, NYC’s children and their families urgently need help putting food on their table – right now. City Harvest is committed to meeting the increased need as the devastating economic impact of COVID-19 unfolds. During this time of uncertainty, you can help keep City Harvest's trucks full of food and on the road, 7 days a week, for our city's youngest New Yorkers and their families.
Nearly 335,000 children in New York City are facing hunger, and that number may increase in the coming months. Support City Harvest's Skip Lunch Fight Hunger campaign today by donating the cost of a $15 lunch and help feed 55 kids.
And thanks to Marc Granetz and Sharon Jacquet, your gift will go twice as far. They have both stepped up to match donations 1:1 to the JPMorgan Chase fundraising page!
Together we can help feed New York City's children during this crisis.
• $15 helps feed 55 children for a day (now 110 with match)
• $45 helps feed 23 children for a week (now 46 with match)
•$75 helps feed 19 children for 2 weeks (now 38 with match)
• $150 helps feed 18 children for an entire month (now 36 with match)

There is not one borough that is untouched by City Harvest’s work! Since our COVID-19 response began, we distributed over 13.5 million pounds of food through our Mobile Markets in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island and Queens. Our Food Rescue Facility in Long Island City repacked over 1.1 million pounds of shelf-stable food and produce to distribute. And we opened 21 new Emergency Food Distribution Sites in all boroughs to meet increased demand in this time.
Your donations count. Read the message from City Harvest on the impact of COVID-19. Please consider being part of the effort to make a difference here in New York City.
