City Harvest is New York City's largest food rescue organization, helping to feed a growing number of New Yorkers who are struggling to contend with the devastating economic fallout of COVID-19. 

This year, City Harvest will rescue 153 million pounds of food that would otherwise go to waste.  Our fleet of 26 trucks will deliver this food, free of charge, to hundreds of soup kitchens, food pantries and other community food programs across the city.
